Google to invest more in China
Google is the second most popular web search engine in the Chinese market. The company keeps on enhancing their services to try to overtake Baidu.com.
The US based giant has now said that they are giving its local managers more autonomy. In addition, Google is also investing more in their operations in china.
Google CEO Eric Schmidt said in a statement: “We are catching up. Our investment is working and we will eventually be the leader.”
Baidu continues to dominate the Chinese web search market with a market share of 55 percent. Google is second with a 22 percent market share.
Schmidt said that they have enough resources to compete with Baidu and overtake in the future. He added: “One of the big projects this year is to push more autonomy and more decision-making to Kai-Fu and his team.”

How to block websites on your PC
There is a very simple way of blocking the unwanted sites on your pc without using the third party software.
Just go to this location:
C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc
there you see “hosts” file ….open it with notepad and at the end type the following:
0.0.0.0 xyz.com
i m taking the example of xyz.com
save and exit.
If you are not using XP then you may have to restart the pc for the changes to take effect.
By the way 0.0.0.0 is for null ip.

Virus.win32/salinity.q is the worst virus I faced on my pc, it had haunted my pc for long time, eaten all my exe files .
Solution:
The only antivirus that could treat it is Kaspersky and Mcafee , other antiviruses that I have tried only detected this virus but couldnt remove or disinfect it. I tried almost every antivirus on earth to disinfect it, but in vain.

Stop using USB,switch to ethernet
Recently i found the solution to my problem of internet hanging using USB connectivity of the Beetel 220 bx modem provided by Airtel. Switching over to ethernet connectivity solved my problem as i dont get this annoying internet hanging problem whenever i switch on/off the lights of my room. This i think bcoz ethernet doesnt take power from CPU whereas USB does as u can recharge your ipod using usb.
Problem that i was facing:
I had a usb connected modem provided by airtel and my internet used to hang whenever i switch on/off the lights of my room.Firstly i thought it to be fluctuation problem ……my pc used to work fine , only the internet hanged and then i have to reboot either my modem or my pc to get rid of the problem.
Solution to the problem:
Switch to ethernet as it is very reliable and you wont be facing this problem again with it and moreover you can work on Linux with NIC card as it doesnt demand any driver installation,i know this is the problem of many others…..hope u got the solution.
For any query please leave a comment
