Infosys – Employees Hell

It all started with a suicide at infosys, post at my other blog- not to forget the comments that people posted there. They don’t even ask their employees during interview “Where do you see yourself 5 years from now?”, a basic question that is asked in every interview. The reason is clear, infosys just don’t care about their employees, they are merely the hardworking donkeys. Another complaint that is coming from the infosys employees is that they are not assigned the project in which they are given the training i.e they are given the training in .NET and they will put you in some other VB project.
