Although its a good addon for Firefox, but the problem with this is that if you are using your PC for multiple users, then the task that one gmail user creates and logs out, then another gmail user logs in into his gmail account, he can see the tasks of the previous user, as its a firefox plugin and not a gmail thing. Moreover he can even edit the tasks and delete them.

Rediffmail to include Facebook and Orkut

Now Rediffmail will display feeds from your Orkut and Facebook accounts. This is a new feature that they have thought 1st and is likely be followed by others.

Google Lively-stealing the show

In a month or so, when more and more people will get to know of Google Lively, it will steal the users of Orkut and Facebook. It can be highly addictive as you can do anything in there, and Google keep on adding more features. It will be best if Google makes it open source.

My Google Lively experience

My experience with Google lively was mixed in the sense that I found some features really exciting while there are many things that I didn’t quite like. To start with, it’s similar to the second life. The features that I like are the animation kisses, hugs, fights etc. There was problem with the navigation, I mean the arrow keys are just opposite, after all its beta.

The things they can add upon can be the details of the faces like moustaches and beard.

And yes, this thing needs a good internet connection and a good configuration PC, my browser hanged after I am over with the game.

Today’s Fortune on Orkut – Please remove it

The Today’s Fortune feature on orkut is simply ridiculous, the thing it shows today in your own profile will show the same thing tomorrow in someone else’s profile. It’s more like thought for the day, CRAP!
Orkut should provide some feature to remove it.

New Yahoomail Ids – problem logging in

Although its a good thing that yahoo has done by providing new email ids, but the problem is that when you go to sign in, you have to write the whole address like priya@ymail.com to login which is really a pain and yahoo also doesn’t allow on its page to remember the username. Yahoo should look into this problem.
